03/13/13 On Friday, March 8th at approximately 8 p.m. Deputy Jonathan Bryant with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop in the area of US 30 and Plymouth-Goshen Trail.
During the investigation, the driver, 19 year old Brandyn S. Ross of Argos was arrested for operating a vehicle with a Schedule I or II narcotic and possession of a controlled substance.
The passenger in the vehicle, 23 year old Kenneth D. Davis of Bremen was also arrested for possession marijuana and possession or use of an unlawful legend drug.
Both subjects were transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on $1,505 bonds.
Deputy Bryant was assisted by Deputy Jordan Rans and Deputy Kerry Brouyette.
