08/07/13 On Monday, August 5th at approximately 4:39 PM Plymouth Police Officer Jesse Pippenger was dispatched to the Marshall County Probation Department. The Probation Department had contacted Plymouth Police for a client who was in the office and had an active warrant. Pippenger made contact with 32 year old Jesse Elliot of Nappanee who was wanted through Marshall County for probation violation. Elliot was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held without bond.
A short time later on Monday, at 5:52 PM Officer Jeremy Enyart responded to the Probation Department in reference to another male subject having an active warrant in their lobby. Arriving there, 24 year old Larry R. Rowe Jr of Argos was taken into custody for an active warrant on a probation violation. Rowe was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held without bond.
