12/24/13 On Monday, December 23rd at approximately 2:00 p.m. the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department received a report of a two vehicle personal injury accident at the intersection of US 31 and State Road 110.
Arriving on the scene County Officer Les McFarland advised that Brent A. Hensler of Rochester who was driving a 2013 Chevy passenger car was westbound on State Road 110. Hensler failed to yield to William Hearty of Warsaw who was driving northbound on US 31 in a black 2008 Chevy pick-up truck.
Both drivers were treated and released at the scene by Argos EMS. Lyons Towing assisted in the removal of both vehicles due to the extensive damage caused from the accident.
