02/08/13 On January 29, Officer Leo Mangus received information regarding possible sexual activity between a 15 year old male and a 29 year old female name Lisa Tincher who lives in the 100 block of North Michigan Street in Argos. The 15 year old male was located and provided details regarding the sexual activity.
Lisa Tincher was located on February 5 and admitted to sexual activity with the 15 year old that had occurred in October of 2012 in the 200 block of East Lake Street in Plymouth .
Lisa Tincher was then transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Sexual Misconduct with a Minor as a class B felony. Her bond was set at $20,000.00 cash. She is also on probation for burglary and theft in LaPorte County.
