04/04/13 On Tuesday, April 2rd at 11:49 P.M. an officer with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department conducted a routine traffic stop at Skylane Drive and Michigan Road in Speedway Gas Station Parking Lot. During the investigation meth related items were located in the interior of the vehicle. That discovery led to the arrest of the three occupants:
29 year old Kyle D. Stiles of Plymouth
29 year old, Justin D. Felix of Plymouth
18 year old, Shayna J.Polley of Crown Point.
All three subjects were transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in with charges of an Illegal Drug Lab Within 1000 Feet of a multiple-family housing unit and held without bond.
