11/01/13 Plymouth Building Commissioner, Keith Hammond presented the 2013 third quarter report to the Board of Public Works and Safety during Monday night’s city meeting. 

There were a total of 75 permits issued during July, August and September with the actual costs of the permits totaling $7,255.40.  The estimated value of the projects permitted in the third quarter was $4,260,089.79.   

Third quarter permits included 11 single family dwellings, 10 electrical and 10 additions, 9 accessory structures and 9 signs, 8 renovations, 5 fences, 3 porches, 2 each – carports, decks, and handicap ramps and one each – build-out, demolition, new construction and a roof. 

Taking a comparison look at the third quarter of 2012 shows 65 permits being issued with a estimated cost of construction at $1,412,742.06.
