05/09/13 On Tuesday, May 7th at 3:41 P.M. Plymouth Police Sergeant Joe Deisch responded to Wal-Mart after a complaint of a subject trespassing. Arriving at the store, 33 year old David G. Johnson of Grovertown was taken into custody for criminal trespass. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a $1,505 cash bond.
At 5:10 P.M. Sergeant Deisch went to a residence in the 200 block of West Madison Street for a subject wanted for a violation of home detention. Arriving at the residence, 30 year old Isaac R. Flores of South Bend was arrested for violation of home detention. Flores was transported to the County Jail and held without bond.
Later that night at 9:47 P.M. Officer Deisch responded to the 700 block of West Washington in regards to a warrant service for Fulton County. 38 year old, Jakie O. Dean of Plymouth was located and arrested on an active warrant through Fulton County for none support of a dependent child. Dean was transported to the jail and held without bond.
At 10:14Tuesday night Officer Paul Stamper conducted a traffic stop at West Lincoln Highway and North Oak Road on 20 year old Dereck M. Pinkowski of Plymouth. During the investigation Mr. Pinkowski was found to be operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated on a controlled substance. He was also found to be in possession of synthetic marijuana. Pinkowski was taken into custody and transported to the County Jail for operating while intoxicated on a controlled substance and possession of marijuana charges. He was booked in on a $3,005 cash bond. Officer Stamper was assisted by officers and the K-9 with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.
A short time later at 10:38 P.M. Sergeant Deisch responded to Magnetic Parkway on Monroe Street in reference to a domestic fight. Arriving Officer Deisch located a 17 year old juvenile who was taken into custody for illegal consumption of alcohol. Officers also located and arrested 20 year old, Thomas E. Davidson of Bourbon for illegal consumption of alcohol. He was also found to have an active warrant through Kosciusko County for a probation violation. Davidson was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a $505 bond for Marshall County and held for Fulton County.
