08/27/13 On Saturday, August 24th at approximately 9:00 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer initiated a traffic stop on a motorcycle that was observed driving recklessly on North Michigan Street. During the investigation it was found that 40 year old Reynaldo Rodriguez of Plymouth had never received a driver’s license. Mr. Rodriguez was taken into custody for Reckless Driving and Operating without ever Receiving a License. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on a $505 bond. Rodriguez was released later that night after posting. He is scheduled to appear in Marshall Superior Court II on September 24th.
On Sunday, August 25th at 5:13 a.m. Officer Paul Stamper located 28 year old Guadalupe N. Rivera of Plymouth in Centennial Park. He was found to be an intoxicated state. Mr. Rivera was taken into custody for Public Intoxication and Possession of a Fraudulent Government Identification Card. He was transported to the County Jail and held on a $755 bond.
Later Sunday night at 11:16 p.m. Officer Ryan Richey conducted a traffic stop on Washington Street just east of Michigan Street for a vehicle without any headlights on. During the investigation it was found that 39 year old Guadalupe Rodriguez-Serna of Plymouth was operating without a license. Mr. Serna was taken into custody and transported to the Jail and held on a $255 bond. He was released Monday morning after posting bond and given a September 17th Superior Court II date to appear.
