06/27/13 On Sunday, June 23rd Marshall County Deputies Jonathan Bryant, Les McFarland, and Ryan Hollopeter responded to the 20,000 block of 10B Road because a female that had been struck by a vehicle and needed medical attention. Arriving at the residential location and during the investigation it was discovered that the female victim, 73 year old Janet Morgan had been struck by a van while she was getting into an altercation with the occupants. Morgan was airlifted to Memorial Hospital from the scene for injuries to her legs.
The driver of the van, 18 year old Boston Nettrouer of Plymouth was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in on a charge of criminal recklessness with a vehicle resulting in a bodily injury. His bond was set at $1,505 cash and he is scheduled to appear for his initial hearing in Superior Court II on July 23rd at 8:30 AM.
