11/13/13 On Saturday, November 9th at 7:54 p.m. Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy Jonathan Bryant conducted a traffic stop on a silver Dodge Durango near the intersection of State Road 17 and Queen Road. The traffic stop was due to numerous traffic infractions. During the investigation, the driver, 28 year old Joe Duquette of Mishawaka was found to be in possession of several grams of synthetic marijuana. He was also under the influence of the substance. Mr. Duquette was taken into custody for possession of a synthetic drug and was transported to the Marshall County Jail. Duquett was booked in on a $1,505 bond.
