02/05/13 On Friday, February 1st at 6:38 a.m. Plymouth Police Officer Gary Cleveland conducted a traffic stop at U.S. 30 and Plymouth Goshen Trail.  19 year old Ramiro Guerrero from Illinois was clocked traveling 66 mph in a 50 mph zone. During the stop it was found that Mr. Guerrero had never received a driver’s license.  He was booked in the Marshall County Jail on a $755 cash bond and charged with a class C misdemeanor.   His bond was posted at 1:40 and he was released and given a court date of February, 19 Marshall Superior Court II.

Later in the day, at 1:44 p.m. Plymouth Officer John Weir initiated traffic stop in the 1,800 block of Oak Drive for a traffic infraction.   After speaking with the driver, Brad Bradley, 33 of Knox it was found that he had never received a license. Mr. Bradley was taken into custody and transported to the County Jail and held on a $505 cash bond.  He was released on February 3rd at 1:55 with No Judicial Review. He is scheduled to appear in Marshall Superior Court II on Feb. 26th.

At 10:48p.m. Friday, Officer Wally Derifield was on routine patrol and stopped at Adams and Beerenbrook to speak with a subject.  During the stop and talk Jessica Richard, 19 of 13,600 14B Road was determined to be intoxicated.  She was charged with minor consumption and transported to the Marshall County Jail.  Her bond was set at $255.  Her bond was paid at 1:40 Saturday morning and she was released.  Richard is scheduled to appear in Marshall Superior Court II on Feb. 12th.
