07/10/13 Bill Masuar, Project Manager with Phend and Brown announced Tuesday morning the closure of Baker Street and Franklin Street for the reconstruction project that includes removing all the asphalt, concrete curbs, sidewalks, and driveways in the city’s right of way and replacing them with new.
Starting Tuesday morning (7/10/13), Baker Street will be closed for construction from Grand Avenue to bridge east of Fairbanks Avenue. Fairbanks Avenue will be closed from Franklin Street to Elliott Street. These closures will be in place until August 5.
