07/29/13 On Saturday, July 27th Officer Mathew Haskins of the Bourbon Police Department received a complaint of reckless driving on Center Street near Rose Lane. He observed the vehicle and clocked the black Ford Mustang going 106 miles per hour. Officer Haskins was able to stop the vehicle on 12B Road just outside of Bourbon. The driver, 34 year old Samuel Sullivan of Elkhart was arrested for reckless driving and possession of a synthetic drug which was located in the car. His bond was set at $755. The two passengers of the vehicle were released from the scene.
