10/22/13 On Friday, October 18th at 5:50 a.m. Bourbon Police Officer Matt Geiger conducted a traffic stop on Lincoln Highway east of Elm on a speeding Honda. During the course of the investigation of the traffic stop it was found that the driver of the vehicle 29 year old Jesus E. Ramirez of South Bend had never received a driver’s license. Mr. Ramirez was taken into custody on operator never licensed charge and was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $250 bond.
