09/25/13  On Monday, September 23rd at approximately 7:42 a.m. Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy Les McFarland took a report from a resident in the 10,000 block of Gumwood Road in Bourbon in reference to theft.  It was advised that during the early morning hours of Monday, September 23rd, a 2007, white, Lincoln automobile had been stole along with a debit card.  Deputy McFarland made contact with the Bourbon Police Department in an attempt to locate and recover the stolen vehicle.  Bourbon Police Chief William Martin and Officer Matt Geiger located the vehicle in question in the Pentecostal Church parking lot.

   During the investigation, 27 year old Aaron Myers of Bourbon was located and arrested for Theft and Auto Theft.  He was transported to the County Jail and booked on a $3,005 cash bond.  A case report will be completed and forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office for review and formal charges.
