10/15/13 On Saturday, October 12th at approximately 1:50 a.m. Bourbon Police Officer Matthew Geiger responded to 301 West North Street in reference to an underage drinking party. Arriving on the scene Officer Geiger located three juvenile males around a bonfire that had been drinking. The juveniles were transported to the Bourbon Police Department where their parents were called and each signed a promise to appear pending a court date for Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor. The Bourbon Police Department was assisted by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department and the Indiana State Police.
