07/16/13  The 2013 Marshall County 4-H Fair is in full swing with events happening throughout the day for you and your family to enjoy.  Tuesday, July 16th starts with the All Day Antique Tractor Show .  Kicking today’s activities is the Dairy Goat Show at 8:30 AM in the arena following immediately after that will be the 4-H Swine Show at 10:30 AM.  Over at the Horse Arena, for you horse lover’s at 12 PM the 4-H Horse and Pony Showmanship, Halter Classes and Trail Classes will be taking place.

Evening goer’s to the Marshall County 4-H fair on Tuesday can take advantage of the Circus City Amusement’s “Canned Food Drive.”  Beginning at 5 p.m. riders can bring in one canned food item and get one ride ticket free.  The rides typically take 3 to 4 tickets and there will be no limit to the number of canned food items you can bring to the fair.

At 5:30 there will be a dairy cow milking demonstration in the milking parlor of the west dairy barn.   At 6:30 PM in the entertainment arena a Police K-9 Demonstration will be held and from 7 to 9 Marshall County Farm Bureau all sponsored by the Marshall County Drug Free Demo.   To round out the evening watch the Antique Tractor Parade at 7 and see Matt Scutchfield in the open class building at 7:30.
