01/14/13 The City of Plymouth will hold their regularly scheduled meetings on Monday evening beginning at 6 p.m. with the Board of Public Works and Safety. Agenda for the meeting includes awarding the bids for the 2013 Fuel Supplies and Street Materials. Board members will hear reports of the various department heads, city engineer, city attorney and clerk treasurer.
The Common Council meeting will begin at 6:30 and includes consideration of the third reading of an amendment to the City’s Personnel Policy. The City Attorney will present an agreement for transportation services, and lead the discussion concerning the request of Care & Share to have the city accept their promise to pay for a city residents water bill without actually have the cash in hand. The Clerk Treasurer is requesting approval to transfer funds to the Transportation Fund.
Comments and questions are permitted at the Board of Public Works and Safety meeting and the Common Council meeting although they are limited to agenda items only.
