03/11/13 The City of Plymouth will conduct their regular city meetings Monday evening beginning at 6 p.m. with the Board of Public Works and Safety.  Agenda items include opening quotes for new vehicles for the Police Department, reports by various city department heads, the city engineer and the city attorney.  Also on the agenda is the request of the Marshall County Builders Association to parade some vehicles through town for the Spring Home & Garden Show and the request of the St. Paddy’s Day Dash for Hope committee to use the park and Greenway Trail for the run on Saturday. 

The Common Council meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m.  The agenda includes consideration an ordinance to adopt the new fee schedule for the Park Department on first, second and third reading.  The Council will also consider a resolution revoking the Tax Abatement for Whitley Products pursuant to the city’s current police and resolutions. 

Also on the Council’s agenda is the request for exemption from licensing requirements for Relay for Life and Jim Condon from the Marshall County Economic Development Commission will update the Common Council on the 2012 accomplishments and the 2013 goals. 

The city meetings are open to the public although comments and question are limited to agenda items only.
