05/28/13 The City of Plymouth will conduct its regular meetings Tuesday evening due to the Memorial Day Holiday. 

The agenda for the Board of Public Works and Safety meeting at 6 p.m. includes opening quotes for a valve exercising trailer and phase two of the HVAC project.  Donny Davidson Utility Superintendent will present change order number four for the Pine Water Treatment Plant Improvement Project. 

City Attorney Sean Surrisi will present several resolutions for consideration.  The first resolution is to adopt the Protected Health Information Pamphlet for the Plymouth Fire Department.  The second and third resolutions are to amend the water project construction standards for the Water Department and the Lift Station design and construction standards.  The attorney will also request a refund for a building permit at the Marshall County Building. 

In other business the Board of Public Works and Safety will consider approval of claims, and hear the request of Wagoner’s Music Shop. 

The Common Council meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 with a public hearing for additional appropriations and a hearing on the Whitley Products Tax Abatement.  The Council will get an update on the purchase of property at 301 East Garro Street. 

The City meetings are open to the public with comments and questions on agenda items being allowed.
