11/13/13  On Monday, November 11th at 4:57 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer Matthew Emenhiser responded to Wal-Mart in reference to a male shoplifter.  Arriving at the store, Officer Emenhiser located and arrested 32 year old Nathan Mitchell of LaPaz for theft.  Mitchell was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a $1,505 bond.   He was released later that night after posting bond and received an Superior Court I date of December 10th to appear for his initial hearing.

 

On Tuesday, November 12th at 2:28 a.m. Plymouth Police Officer Paul Stamper initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle for operating a vehicle without headlights when required.  During the investigation Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy Brandon Cooper along with his K-9 partner Arras were called to assist at the scene. It was determined that the driver, 19 year old Don Alexander Jr. of Lakeville was operating a vehicle while intoxicated on a controlled substance.  He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.  Alexander was booked in on a $1,505 cash bond.
