A bit later Wednesday night about 10:30 Officer Jessie Pippenger located 36 year old Brian R. Braden of Plymouth near the intersection of Fourth and Jackson Streets.  Braden was taken into custody on a Marshall County warrant on a civil contempt with a bond of $15,000.

The final warrant was served on July 4th about 3:45 in the afternoon.  City police knew that 31 year old Mark Weaver of Plymouth had a warrant for civil contempt and that he would be dropping off his child at the Carriage Green Apartments.  After dropping off the child, and pulling away in his vehicle a traffic stop was made at the corner of Dora Lane and Ed Cook Boulevard.  Weaver was taken into custody and transported to the County Jail where he was held on a $4,500 cash bond.
