10-21-13 The Marshall County Commissioners will meet Monday morning at 9:30 in their second floor meeting room of the County Building. 

Agenda for the meeting includes Maintenance Supervisor, Doug Masterson who will seek approval for an employee replacement.  Brenda Harper in the Auditor’s Office will ask permission to solicit county employees for United Way and Jay Bahr, Executive Director of the Marshall County Economic Development Corporation will update the commissioners on his office work and activities.  

The County Commissioner had three public hearings on their agenda for Monday.  At 10 they will consider the request of Chris Martin to rezone a parcel from L-1 to A-1.  At 10:15 David McCallum also seeks a rezoning of a parcel from an L-1 to an A-1.  At 10:30 the commissioners will consider an amendment to the demolition ordinance for the county. 

The next order of business is Joel Markland who will discuss a Brownfield Grant and Linda Rippy, Director of the Museum will give her quarterly report while Jean Klinedinst will discuss are parcel of land at Kreighbum Lake.

The final business for the commissioners is the County Highway Report by Neal Haeck, County Attorney’s report by Jim Clevenger and Auditor’s report by Penny Lukenbill.
