10/28/13 The Marshall County Commissioners will conduct an executive session on Tuesday, October 29th at 8:30 a.m. in the Commissioners’ offices in the County Building.
The purpose of the executive session is with respect to an individual they have jurisdiction over. As the governing body they will receive information concerning the individual’s alleged misconduct.
As an executive session the media and public and not invited to the meeting, this meeting is only for the commissioners, auditor and county attorney.
