11/18/13 The proposed agenda for Monday’s Marshall County Drainage Board meeting includes maintenance bids for the Suseland Drain and for the Harris Arm to the Milne Seltenright Ditch. 

Under miscellaneous business the Drainage Board will discuss the Yellow River Bank project at LaPorte Street. 

Other agenda items include signing the maintenance contracts for the Worsham Ditch, Lowry Drain, and Jap Lake. 

The Drainage Board meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. in the second floor meeting room of the County Building. 

The Marshall County Commissioners will meet at 9:30 in room 203 of the County Building.  Their agenda include consideration of a contract with Heather Green with Court Services presented by Director Ward Byers. 

The Sheriff’s Department will be discussing the 2014 vehicle purchases and the commissioners will consider a rezoning request for 4367 Lake Shore Drive in Bremen from L1 to A3.

Their agenda also includes the highway report, attorney’s report, auditor’s report and commissioner items.

The public is urged to attend both meetings.  The public is welcomed and comments and questions are welcomed.
