02/08/13 On Tuesday, February 5 at 4:25 p.m. at the intersection of Jefferson Street and Oak Drive Marshall County Officer Les McFarland investigated a two vehicle accident.  18 year old Diana Mast of Plymouth was driving a Chevy Astro Van and told officer McFarland that she was approaching the intersection when her foot slipped of the break and she run into the back of a 2010 Dodge Charger Police vehicle driven by Officer Joe Diesch. The collision caused damage to both vehicles but no injuries were reported.

On Thursday, February 7th at 6:28 a.m. Marshall County Officer Phil Beam responded to a three   vehicle accident at U.S. 30 and King Road.   Investigation at the scene revealed that 51 year old Carey Whiteman of Bourbon and 52 year old Susan Disher of Warsaw were stopped at the red light west bound on US 30 when 46 year old Valentina Cornish of Cary, Ohio struck the backend of vehicle Disher’s vehicle and pushed it into Whiteman’s vehicle.   Mrs. Cornish stated she was slowing but was not able to stop in time. There were no known injuries caused by the collision.
