11/21/13 On Tuesday, November19th at 1:01 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer Derek Workman arrested 30 year old Kelly Cowger of Plymouth after observing him in the Red Rock Inn parking lot. Cowger was known to him to have an active warrant through Marshall County. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and lodges on two active warrants through Marshall County for Civil Contempt with an $8,000 bond and failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge and held with no bond.
