12/31/13  On Sunday, December 29th at approximately 8:20 a.m. Marshall County Police Officer Jonathan Bryant located an SUV that had went down a steep embankment on Michigan Road near the south junction with US 31 and rolled several times.  Deputy Bryant located a male subject lying several feet away from the vehicle.  The male was identified as Timothy Wilson of Culver.  He was found to be alive but severely injured and had been outside of the vehicle in the elements for quite some time.

Wilson was airlifted to Memorial Hospital with unknown injuries. The accident is still under investigation and speed and alcohol have not yet been ruled out as a factor.

Monday afternoon Wilson was listed in FAIR condition at Memorial Hospital in South Bend.

Deputy Bryant was assisted at the scene by Marshall County Deputies Les McFarland and Travis O’Neal along with Plymouth Fire and EMS.  Lyons Towing assisted in the removal of the vehicle.
