10/01/13  On Friday, September 27th the Plymouth Police Department received numerous complaints on a subject yelling  and screaming near the intersection of Jefferson and Liberty Street. 

It was advised that the male subject had been fired earlier in the week by Kessler Crane and he was attempting to protest to get money that he believed was owed to him by the company. 

The male subject identified as 47 year old David W. England of Plymouth was advised by city police several times throughout the day not to be yelling and screaming at anyone.  As officers attempted to take Mr. England into custody he resisted law enforcement and made several threats towards the officers. 

Mr. England was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on charges of Disorderly Conduct, Intimidation and Resisting Law Enforcement and booked in on a $3,005 cash bond.
