September 30, 2013
By

10/01/13  On Friday, September 27th the Plymouth Police Department received numerous complaints on a subject yelling  and screaming near the intersection of Jefferson and Liberty Street.

It was advised that the male subject had been fired earlier in the week by Kessler Crane and he was attempting to protest to get money that he believed was owed to him by the company.

The male subject identified as 47 year old David W. England of Plymouth was advised by city police several times throughout the day not to be yelling and screaming at anyone.  As officers attempted to take Mr. England into custody he resisted law enforcement and made several threats towards the officers.

Mr. England was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on charges of Disorderly Conduct, Intimidation and Resisting Law Enforcement and booked in on a $3,005 cash bond.

The way I hear about this guy, he hasn’t coached for sometime. Too bad that if this guy was being abusive that someone didn’t try to get him some help before it came to something like this. Guess society doesn’t really care..

Funny, when he coached our children and was allowed to treat them abusively the parents were told “well he is an odd duck”. I am glad that in the real world his behavior is not acceptable. Hopefully the “good ole’ boys” who justified him in the past, will think about how many kids he negatively affected. But I doubt it.
