12/19/13 Shawne and Jennie McAndrews, parents of three students at Triton Elementary School, were in a second grade classroom at Triton Elementary School with gift packages for each child in the classroom. The gifts were from their church.
On Tuesday, December 17th, Christmas boxes for students were distributed to the classrooms. This service project was led by Pastor Jordan Ickes from the Etna Green Church of Christ.
Triton Superintendent, Donna Burroughs said, “We appreciate the support our school receives from our school community.” All 460 students received one of these gift boxes on Wednesday, Dec. 18th. Burroughs said, “We appreciate such great community support of our schools and students.”
