01/24/13 On Tuesday, January 22nd at 9:58 AM, Officer James Brown with the Plymouth Police Department responded to Martin’s Supermarket after receiving a report of a shoplifter. Arriving Officer Brown attempted to identify the suspect but she did not speak English. The female was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she identified herself as Rosa Figueroa. After further investigation the Marshall County Jail staff advised that her name was Rosa Catellanos, 39 years old and resided in Plymouth. She was incarcerated for Theft and False Informing and booked in on a $1,505 bond. Catellanos was later released at 4:30 PM after posting her bond
