04/22/13 On Thursday, April 18th at approximately 6:15 P.M. Plymouth Police Sergeant Joe Deisch responded to the 2000 block of North Michigan Street in reference to an intoxicated person complaint. Arriving to the scene Officer Deisch located and arrested 45 year old, Scott A. Flahrty of Walkerton on Public Intoxication charges. Flahrty was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $505 bond.
