11/05/13 On Tuesday, November 5th at approximately 11:20 a.m. Plymouth Police Officer Derek Workman observed 37 year old Brian Edington of Plymouth in a vehicle on Harrison Street. The officer knew he had an active warrant through Marshall County.
As Officer Workman pulled behind the vehicle Mr. Edington jumped out the passenger’s side of the vehicle and fled on foot running south bound before circling back around into the woods north of Packard’s Woods Park.
Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy Jonathan Bryant located and arrested Mr. Edington in the woods and transported him to the Marshall County Jail on the active warrant through Marshall County for a probation violation and held with no bond. Mr. Edington also received a new charge of resisting law enforcement with a bond set at $2,005 cash.
