07/26/13 Formal charges and bonds have been set for the seven individuals arrested in Monday morning’s meth bust in the 700 block of North Fourth Street in Plymouth.
At approximately 6:30 a.m. the UNIT (Undercover Narcotics Investigation Team) from Marshall County, ISP officer and the Plymouth Police Department served a search warrant on the 712 North 4th Street residence.
During the course of the search of the residence officer’s located items used in the process of manufacturing methamphetamine along with paraphernalia .
The investigation of this residence stems from an anonymous tip back in May 2013 that advised that Shane Graham was manufacturing methamphetamine in a bedroom at the location. It was also advised that there were several pit bulls and other dogs in the residence along with two more protective and aggressive dogs kept near the lab area. It was stated that the majority of the waste items were burned immediately in the back yard of the residence.
The NPLEX (National Precursor Log Exchange) system indicated that Shane Graham, Cassie Sherwood, Marie Graham, Robert Graham, Caitlen Bridge and Terry Graham had all purchased pseudoephedrine.
Official charges and bonds have been set by the Court. 22 year old Shane Graham is formally being charge with Manufacturing and or Dealing in Methamphetamine a Class A Felony, Possession of Methamphetamine a Class B Felony, Possession of Precursors a Class C Felony and Maintaining a Common Nuisance a Class D Felony and is being held on a $100,000 bond.
24 year old Cassie Sherwood is formally being charged on Manufacturing and or Dealing in Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Precursors and Maintaining a Common Nuisance charges and held on a $100,000 bond.
42 year old Marie Graham is formally being charged on Manufacturing and or Dealing in Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Precursors and Maintaining a Common Nuisance and is being held on a $100,000 bond.
39 year old John Graham who resisted law enforcement’s orders to exit the residence is formally being charged with Maintaining a Common Nuisance and Resisting Law Enforcement a Class A Misdemeanor and is being held on a $10,000 bond.
23 year old Robert Graham who was located in a tent in the back yard is formally being charged with Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia and is being held on a $1,500 bond.
48 year old Terry Graham who was found to have a police scanner in his bedroom was formally charged with Manufacturing and or Dealing in Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Precursors and Maintaining a Common Nuisance and held on a $100,000 bond.
19 year old Caitlin Bridge who located in a tent in the back yard of the residence is formally being charged with Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia and Visiting a Common Nuisance and held on a $1,500 bond.
All persons are presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
