02/22/13 Marshall County Adult Education Program, in conjunction with Triton School Corporation and the Bourbon Public Library, will be sponsoring a new program in Bourbon for adults who are interested in earning their GED.  Any adult in the area who does not have their high school diploma and is interested in obtaining their GED should plan to attend an organizational meeting on Monday, March 4th, at 5:00 P.M. at the Bourbon Public Library. There is no cost for the class.  Tentative plans have been made to offer the class on Mondays (Math) and Tuesdays (Language Arts) from 1:00-4:00 P.M.   The only cost is the $70 cost of the test at the end of the class to get the GED Certification.  This is a great opportunity for area adults.  The cost of the test will go up to $120 in 2014.   Contact Deb Sherwood for more information at 936-7268 or dsherwood@plymouth.k12.in.us.
