11/20/13 On Monday, November 18th at 3:42 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer Bridget Hite responded to 412 Pennsylvania Avenue after receiving a complaint of a female being attacked and the subject was still located in the house.
Arriving at the home, two witnesses told the officers that 36 year old Melissa M. Grove Hisey of Plymouth had struck the victim and pulled her hair noting, “She just went off”.
Hisey was taken into custody for battery and disorderly conduct charges and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in on a $755 cash bond.
