09/03/13 On Wednesday, August 28th at 5:51 p.m. the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department received a complaint from the 11,000 block of 4A Road in reference to a theft. During the investigation it was discovered that unknown subjects had forced their way into a pole barn and removed several items. While Marshall County Officer Jonathan Bryant was at the location 49 year old Kenneth Harkins Jr. of Plymouth, the suspect in this case arrived back by the scene. Deputy Bryant conducted a traffic stop on Harkins and he was found to be operating the vehicle on a suspended license as well as operating while intoxicated. Mr. Harkins was taken into custody for Driving While Suspended with a Prior, Theft and Operating a Vehicle with a BAC of .15% or more. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $3,005 bond.
