05/01/13 On Monday, April 29th at approximately 8:20 P.M. the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department received a report of a suspicious vehicle with a male subject in it parked in the parking lot of the Marathon Station at the intersection of Queen Road and US 30.  Arriving at the gas station,  Deputy Ryan Hollopeter located the vehicle in question and made contact with the driver, 26 year old Seth P. Houin of Argos.   

During the investigation it was discovered that Houin had an active warrant through Fulton County.  He was taken into custody for that warrant.

While officers were documenting the items in the vehicle for impound Deputy Hollopeter located some controlled substances in the vehicle.  Seth Houin was transported to the Marshall County Jail and charged with of Possession of a Controlled Substance as a class D felony.  His bond was set at $3,005 cash.  He is being held for the Fulton County warrant with no bond.
