10/10/13 A popular activity at Miller’s Senior Living Community is the annual “I’ve Got A Secret” game show. Taken from the popular 50’s TV game show residents are asked to volunteer to act as a contestant with a “secret”. The panel of “celebrity” judges asks the yes or no questions and tries to figure out the secrets.
Appearing this year as celebrity panelists were Harpo Marx (Tracie Sroka), Wonder Woman (Kelly Kaase), George W. Bush (Don Harness), Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz (Erin Ginter) and Casey At Bat (Randy Boos). The panelists kept the audience in stitches as they asked humorous questions. Activity Director Cindy Flagg was the games show host and Anna Corbett acted as the stage crew leading the audience with a huge “applause” and “laugh” sign.
Contestants with secrets were residents Marcy Sickmiller and Mae Mikesell and staff members Karen Potter, Anna Corbett and Cindy Flagg. The contestants were able to stump the panel on all of the secrets. The panelists and contests were given lovely parting gifts of Pop Secret popcorn. The “I’ve Got A Secret” game show provides fun and laughter for the entire Miller’s Community.
