09/2713 Erie, Pa (September 26, 2013) – Kanzius Cancer Research Foundation announces the conclusion of the “Million Dollar Challenge,” exceeding their $1.5 million goal to advance the Kanzius Noninvasive Radiowave Cancer Treatment.

The “Million Dollar Challenge,” which was announced this past May, was a fundraising campaign initiated by an anonymous east coast supporter of the Kanzius Cancer Research Foundation who wanted to give a gift of $1 million towards the research of the Kanzius Noninvasive Radiowave Cancer Treatment. The generous donor agreed to match $2 for every dollar received by the Kanzius Foundation up to $500,000 stating, “we want others to exhibit, through their giving, that they believe as well!”

The money raised from the “Million Dollar Challenge” will make validation of ongoing research of the Kanzius Noninvasive Radiowave Cancer Treatment possible.

“As stated in Dr. Steven Curley’s most recent research update, the FDA is our number one priority,” states Mark Neidig, Executive Director. “The success of the ‘Million Dollar Challenge,’ as well as all generous philanthropy, offers assurance that no disruption in research will take place. With that being said, as we move forward and transition from petri dish and small subject testing to the large animal models, we do so with great confidence that the research can and will be validated. We will approach the FDA and ultimately advance to human trials.”

Exclusive “behind the scenes” footage and video interviews from the Kanzius Research Labs in Houston will be aired during Lilly Broadcasting’s sixth annual “Community for Kanzius” Telethon on Monday, October 14, 2013 5-8 pm (EST). Viewers are encouraged to make a donation to support of the research through the telethon. Tax-deductible contributions can be made by calling the telethon hotline displayed during the broadcast, mailing your check to 130 West 8th Street, Erie, PA 16501 (put telethon in memo,) calling (814) 480-5776, or by donating online at
