12/11/13 On Monday, December 9th at 2:13 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer Bob DeLee responded to the Plymouth Wal-Mart in reference to a shoplifter that fled from the Asset Protection employees. A short time later, 25 year old David J. Ritchie of Knox was located and stopped at the intersection of Jim Neu and Oak Drives. He was taken into custody for theft and transported to the Marshall County Jail. Ritchie was booked in for theft and held on a $1,505 cash bond. He was released later that night after posting bond and received a January 21st,2014 Superior Court I date for his initial hearing.
