A ballgame that should of been played on Tuesday, the 9th ranked (3A) Plymouth Lady Pilgrims traveled to South Bend Clay for a non-conference game.

Plymouth came out very strong from the tip-off.   Plymouth’s defense was just a tough, as they held Clay to single-digit scoring ALL 4 QUARTERS.

SB Clay had 28 TURNOVERS in the ballgame. And when SB Clay’s PG (Cotton) got the ball, she had a 50% success rate completing her passes. She finished with 8 TURNOVERS for Clay.

Plymouth fired up the most shots last night than what they have ALL SEASON LONG! 62 attempts! Hit on 48% of them.

Not since the Triton win in Game 2 of the season has Plymouth yanked down 20 OFFENSIVE BOARDS!

It  was also the first time this season that Plymouth had 5 players score DOUBLE-DIGITS.

Sophomore Halley Harrell and Senior, Lauren Tanner, each led Plymouth with 16 points.

A huge NLC game this Thursday night occurs at “The Rock” when state ranked Northridge comes to town.   WTCA am1050 Pre-Game Show begins around 7PM.
