The LaVille volleyball team collected donations for the Marshall County Humane Society throughout the month of September at their home games. The donations were dropped off Saturday to the humane society (picture attached). The team will continue their efforts by raising money for the Susan G. Komen foundation for breast cancer awareness throughout the month of October. Raffles will take place for a pink breast cancer awareness blanket, a four pack ticket to a Notre Dame volleyball game, and a 50/50 drawing. Fans can also have a pink extension put in their hair for $10 with the proceeds also going to the foundation. The pink out game will be held Thursday, October 3rd with the junior varsity starting 6:00pm as they host OD.
