M.C. Old Records Commission to Meet

  06/26/13 The Marshall County Old Records Commission will be meeting on Thursday, June 27th at 3 p.m. in the Circuit Court Jury Room of the Court House. 

The group meets occasionally when various office holders request disposing of old public records.  The Old Records Commission reviews the process of local government entities needing to dispose of records and makes sure they are disposed of in accordance to the State Retention Schedule. 

Currently the departments wishing to dispose of old records are the Clerk’s Office, Assessor’s Office, Health Department, Plymouth Community School Corporation and the Sheriff’s Department.

This meeting is open to the public.
