09/25/13 On Tuesday, September 24th at 12:41 in the morning Plymouth Police Officer Ryan Richey responded to the 1500 block of North Michigan Street to lot 240 in reference to an unwanted guests. Officer Richey located 24 year old Terah A. Martin of Plymouth standing outside of lot 240. Martin was taken into custody for Public Intoxication and Resisting Law Enforcement and transported to the Marshall County Jail she was held on a $1,005 cash bond.
