06/13/13 Activity for the Plymouth Police Department continues to be busy.  Police Chief Dave Bacon released the May report to the Board of Public Works and Safety members Monday.   There were 699 calls for information, officers initiated 455 traffic stops, responded to 244 complaints, conducted 168 investigations, issued 82 $2 parking tickets, and made 52 traffic arrests. 

City police made 42 criminal arrests, were dispatched to 38 alarms, conducted 37 vehicle checks, responded to 37 juvenile complaints, checked on 34 suspicious vehicles, used K9 Jax 29 times and investigated 28 suspicious persons.

Plymouth Police investigated 23 property damage accidents, served 17 restraining orders, investigated 13 theft complaints, served 11 warrants, enacted the Merchant Protection Plan 7 times, located 5 open doors or windows, assisted with 3 lockouts and investigate 1 personal injury accident.
