04/23/13 The Marshall County Economic Development Corporation will host an open house to introduce their new executive director, Jay Bahr. The open house will be a “Meet and Greet” on Tuesday, April 23rd from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. The MCEDC office is located 2864 Miller Drive, next to the new Hacienda Restaurant just off US 30.
The community is invited to come out and Bahr who most recently served at the regional Workforce Director with the Ohio Department of Development. Jay began building expertise in economic and community development at Terla, Pettigrew, Allen & Payne, now URS Corporation in Chicago, where he specialized in tax increment financing, urban redevelopment planning, new program development and project finance.
Mr. Bahr “hit the ground running” on April 15th when he started his new position in Plymouth.
