04/05/13 On Wednesday, April 3rd at 9:51 P.M. Plymouth Police Officer Jesse Pippenger responded to the Wal-Mart in reference to a male Shoplifter. A at the store the officer was advised that as a Wal-Mart employee attempted to stop 30 year old, Kylee D. Wirth of Mishawaka he battered her. Mr. Wirth was taken into custody for theft and battery and was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,505 bond.
