Miss Bluebery Pageant Saturday Night in Argos

  06/27/13 Miss Blueberry 2012, Bri Trappe, will crown the New Miss Blueberry 2013 on Saturday, June 29th at the Miss Blueberry Pageant.  The Pageant is the official kick-off of the 47th Annual Marshall County Blueberry Festival. The theme is “A Celebration of Laughter”.  Each girl is to pick something or someone who makes them laugh and build their Theme Wear around it.

The girls will each go through a 7 minute Personal Interview which will count 40% of their score, while the Theme Wear is 30% of their score.  Each contestant will then model their Evening Wear and answer an “On Stage Question” with all the contestants on stage.   They will be judged on not only their dress, but also on their poise and ability to think on their feet.  This will be 30% of their score.

After the 5 finalists are named the girls will appear one at a time and answer the same question.  Miss Friendship, 2nd Runner Up, 1st Runner Up and then Miss Blueberry 2013 will be announced.

Miss Blueberry 2013 will reign over the 47th Annual Blueberry Festival with a weekend full of activities to attend.  Her first official appearance will be in the Bremen July 4th Firemen Festival Parade.

Also attending the Pageant will be former Plymouth resident and author, Rachael Phillips.  Ms. Phillips will be selling and signing her book, “The Return  of Miss Blueberry”.  The book is center around a former Miss Blueberry who returns to Plymouth.  Ms. Phillips will give a small talk about the book during the Pageant.  Cost of the book will be $5.00 and will available for purchase at the Pageant.

  The Pageant is held at Argos High School at 7:00 pm.  Cost is $5.00 with 12 and under free.
