Fresh perishable items including dairy, grains, produce and protein along with dry goods are offered free of charge to residents. The Food Bank’s mobile pantry team set up tables where people in need can “shop” and select items that best meet their needs.
The pantry is a first come, first serve basis for those in need of food assistance. Mobile Pantry patrons must provide a valid photo ID (driver’s license or Indiana ID). You are also asked to bring bags or boxes to transport your items home.
Today’s (1.15.13) Marshall County mobile food pantry will be held from 10 a.m. till noon at the Train Depot located at 615 East Lake Shore Drive in Culver.
Mobile food pantries serve approximately 300 households during a two-hour time period.
